About the Workshop
This hands-on workshop moves beyond platitudes of outmoded change management models and invites participants to develop practical frameworks and skills for adding value and staying grounded - even while the ground is moving.
Carefully designed in a format that allows for full customization to a team's context and priorities, participants will explore techniques for coping with ambiguity, complexity, disruption and loss - creating an energizing, empowering experience with lasting impact.
To solidify the capacity building and knowledge transfer dimensions of the session, participants are equipped with access to the Results Map® System of 10 knowledge products, including the Results Map® Change Agent’s Toolkit and the Results Map® Guide to Change Communications, over 100 tools, templates and samples and on-demand learning through training videos and recorded webinars in the online System hub.
