Leadership Communications

This online workshop is designed to equip managers and executives with practical guidance, tips and tools in communications. The focus is on how communications can elevate a leader’s practice – building employee alignment and engagement while addressing challenge areas such as resistance and conflict. Through a dynamic mix of plenary discussion, breakout activities and participatory techniques, the session will help build leader’s capacity and confidence in communications by introducing applied best practices and proven techniques.

Workshop participants will be equipped with the Results Map® Leader's Guide to Communications., the Results Map® Change Agent’s Toolkit and the Results Map® Culture Change Workbook.
