About the Workshop

A dynamic, capacity-building session covering the full spectrum of strategic communications and customized using a case study from your organization in order to support the application of the methodology to your day-to-day context.

The workshop focuses on the Results Map® Framework for Strategic Communications, covering the four key elements of Prepare, Plan, Implement and Evaluate - introduced as both a model for strategic communications planning and as a mental model for thinking strategically in a results-based fashion about communications.

Participants are equipped with the Results Map® System - a full set of 10 knowledge products, over 100 tools, templates and samples and on-demand learning through videos and recorded webinars, available through the online System hub.
