Change Readiness & Leadership Retreat
The Change Readiness and Leadership Retreat is a facilitated forum that provides an opportunity for leaders to convene, build solidarity of intent and develop practical approaches for leading change.
Customized based on an organization’s business priorities and context, the idea is to build community among leaders and offer an environment for peer learning in key areas such as leadership communication, coaching and working with resistance.
- Delivered online over three, 2-hour modules via Zoom (spanning 2-3 weeks).
- Includes a mix of plenary, breakout and Mentimeter tools as well as reflection exercises between modules. Rapporteur available to capture the group's input/ideas as required.
- Leaders are equipped with the Results Map® Change Agent’s Toolkit and the Results Map® Leader's Guide to Communications.
