About the workshop

This highly engaging workshop provides a unique platform for teams to come together and build collective strategies to thrive through periods of high change and disruption.

The session moves beyond platitudes of outmoded change management models and invites participants to develop practical frameworks, skills and mindsets for staying grounded even when the ground keeps shifting.
