About the workshop

This immersive, in-depth session delivered over two days is a shot in the arm of inspiration and fresh perspective on making an impact through employee communications and engagement. The workshop introduces the Results Map® strategic communications methodology in a learn-by-doing experience anchored in the team’s own priority project or challenges.

The master class helps level-set a consistent methodology for employee communications and engagement across a team, immediately elevating performance, alignment and integration. It introduces a framework for thinking and working strategically, including a practical approach to employee communications planning and evaluation.

The program goes beyond what communicators do and focuses on how we do it. Participants learn practical skills and savvy in consultative skills including delivering a challenge function and adding value through disruption and change.
