About the workshop

Through our signature “learn by doing” approach, the session uses practical examples and priorities from the participants to anchor the exploration of best practices in leading and managing hybrid teams. 

This lively session is a shot in the arm of fresh perspective, positive energy and empowerment. The workshop blends a mix of dynamic exercises, tools and examples to bring the topic of  managing in the context of the future of work relevant and resonant. It includes an exploration of key areas of challenge such as managing attention and overload, breaking down silos, building community and strengthening culture. Participants are equipped with a practical toolkit for managing hybrid teams including tools, worksheets and samples. 

The workshop provides an opportunity to learn from our Principal & Founder Caroline Kealey’s unique perspective gained from working with dozens of teams globally across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in developing leading practices for managing in a hybrid world.
