Research shows that managers are the single most used and trusted channel of organizational communication. Yet studies also show that managers are often promoted based on subject matter expertise and most don’t enjoy the communications part of their managerial work.

This workshop takes aim at precisely this tension. It aims to equip, enable and empower managers in stepping into their critical role in communications. Through our signature “learn by doing” approach, the session uses practical examples and priorities from the group to anchor the exploration of best practices in manager communications.

This lively session blends a mix of dynamic exercises, tools and examples to bring the topic of manager communication to life. It includes an exploration of key areas of challenge such as communicating change, working through disruption and dealing with resistance. Participants are equipped with a practical playbook for manager communication including tools, worksheets and samples.
