About the workshop

Leading change is hard. Leading through disruption and protracted ambiguity is harder still. Every organization knows it has to change. There’s just one problem: outdated models of change management just don’t work. We can’t reinvent our organizations with the same rigid and bureaucratic approaches we’re trying to escape.

This leadership workshop is specifically designed to support leaders through the disruption, change fatigue and ambiguity of our time. Using our signature “learn-by-doing” approach we explore a blend of practical change leadership frameworks and tools with a focus on communication and engagement.

This lively session blends a mix of dynamic exercises, tools and examples to bring the topic of change leadership to life. It includes an exploration of key areas of challenge such as governance and sponsorship, building solidarity of intent, managing overload and ambiguity and working with resistance. Participants are equipped with a practical toolkit for building adaptive organizations and accelerating change including proven tools, worksheets and samples.
