About the workshop

Through our signature “learn by doing” approach, the session uses practical examples and priorities from the executives to anchor the exploration of best practices in leadership communications. The workshop is specifically designed to maximize the value of executive-level participants’ time and energy invested in improving their critical role in communication.

This lively session blends a mix of dynamic exercises, tools and examples to bring the topic of leadership communication to life. It includes an exploration of key areas of challenge such as communicating change, working through disruption and dealing with resistance. Participants are equipped with a practical toolkit for leadership communication including tools, worksheets and samples.
