We believe in offering our clients a blend of change management methodologies and frameworks, breaking the common mold of practitioners who are restricted to one recipe book. Our Principal Caroline Kealey is the only Canadian certified to offer the Strategy Execution Playbook methodology to clients, based on Daryl Conner’s world-leading resources in change leadership and sponsorship. She is a Certified Change Management Professional who has completed the Wharton School of Business executive program in Leading Organizational Change, as well as several specialized courses offered by McGill’s Henry Mintzberg, Coaching Ourselves and the International Association of Change Management Professionals.

Most change management models see communications as an add-on. Our approach is designed with communications as the essential life-blood of change. We have built an international reputation as pioneers in the area of change communications, with our efforts winning global awards for excellence.  Our Principal is the founder and lead instructor at the Professional Development Institute’s Strategic Communications & Change Program at the University of Ottawa, the world’s first professional development program focused on the intersection between change management and strategic communications.
