The Results Map® Certification Program is for communications teams who are thirsty for learning and eager to step up their strategic value.

The program is a fit for practitioners who are working in a mid- to senior-level strategic communications role (either in internal or external communications). Position examples would include Communications Advisors, Strategists, Officers, Managers and Directors.

We also welcome communicators who are currently working in more tactical roles (such as digital media, production, writing) who are valuable contributors to strategic communications. While the certification program curriculum and exercises tend to be rooted in public/para-public organization contexts, the material can also relate to the private sector, particularly for teams working in organizational communications.
