The Change Communicator’s Christmas

As we all careen into hitting “send” on our year-end deliverables, this final blog post of the year offers a few Christmas ideas to our loyal readers.

Top blog posts of 2015

Thanks to you, here are the top 3 blog posts of the year. We are already hard at work developing the line-up for next year’s blog content:

  1. The Change Agent’s Dilemma: Planning in a World that Keeps Changing

  3. A Case Study in Symbols

What to get for that communicator who has everything?

We’ve put together this collection of some of our favourite resources in change management and change communications. From blogs to books, we’ve got you covered.

Giving back through positive change

As Canada gears up for its extraordinary #WelcomeRefugees efforts, Ingenium feels strongly that small businesses should do our part.

On behalf of our clients and valued collaborators, Ingenium is helping to sponsor a family of refugees set to arrive in Ottawa in the next couple of weeks. The family is comprised of a widowed mother and her six children, aged 6-13 (including twin 6 year old girls, one of whom is disabled). If you would like to get involved and join our efforts, please visit our GoFundMe page here.

We wish you a wonderful Christmas, and a happy, successful New Year!
