Exploring community and social architecture with Luc Galoppin

As the lead instructor at the uOttawa Institute for Strategic Communications & Change, I have the great pleasure of welcoming amazing experts as guest speakers in the program. Recently, I had the opportunity of interviewing Luc Galoppin in a web video from his office outside of Brussels to explore the theme of community as an engine of change.

Luc is the Managing Director of Reply-MC, and is perhaps best known as the founder of the huge Organizational Change Practitioners LinkedIn community. He is a remarkably creative and thoughtful explorer of change who is passionate about how communities can help drive transformation.

Our conversation was centered around the concept of community and social architecture:

I highly recommend discovering more of Luc’s work, which he generously shares liberally online. Of particular note is his Social Architecture Manifesto, his blog and YouTube channel.
